The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster & electric kettle.
The bathroom has a jacuzzi bubble bath, shower & wc.
The large lounge and dining area has sky digital TV (free channels only) and a DVD player, two sofa beds both of which extend to double beds, a dining table with 8 chairs, and double patio doors.
These lead to a large sunny patio with 4 sun loungers and mattresses, and a patio dining set.
There are air-conditioning units (which double as heaters) in the lounge and both bedrooms (INCLUDED IN RENTAL RATES!!), and there is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is a private car parking space.
Bed-linen and towels (except beach towels)are provided.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with lots of storage space.
There is a large shared swimming pool on the complex.
The apartment is in a very quiet area, on the eastern side (airport side) of Kato Paphos, adjacent to the Iasis private hospital.
Diana Gardens is a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, with sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing and fishing all available from the harbour area, which is a 20 minute walk.
Additionally, horse riding and 3 championship golf courses are within a 15 minute drive : Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
There are many historic sites in the area, including Paphos Castle, and the ancient Tombs of the Kings.
Both Paphos town and the main tourist area of Kato Paphos are within 15 minutes walk, with many shops, banks, bars and restaurants, including the lively "Bar Street".
The Paphos Aquapark, karting and indoor bowling are also in close proximity.
There is a no-smoking policy within the apartment.
In consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed.
